What are the requirements to open a wholesale account with you?

  1. You need to click on the " LOG IN " link at the top middle side of our site to register as the new customer.
  2. Please remember to email ( wm-shoes@bluehost.com ) or fax (+1 213 746-8700 ) us your latest Business License and Seller's Permit (if any). We will not ship to destination in California if we don't have your Business License and Seller's Permit on file.
  3. Our Account Executive will contact you within 24 hours to 48 hours for further information or instructions.


How do I create or use My Account?
Please follow these steps to create your new online account for the first time:

  1. Click the " LOG IN " link at the top middle side of our site.
  2. Click on the "CONTINUE" button on the "NEW CUSTOMERS" side.
  3. Enter your "EMAIL ADDRESS" and "PASSWORD" and click on the " ENTER " button. Simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

Please follow these steps to use your online account to access "MY ACCOUNT" or place new order:

  1. Click the " MY ACCOUNT " link at the top right side of our site.
  2. Type your "EMAIL ADDRES" and "PASSWORD" and click on the "LOG TO MY ACCOUNT" button on the "RETURNING CUSTOMERS" side.


Do you have minimum quantity per order?

 

We require a minimum order 1 case. (1 style, 1 color)

 

All merchandise subject to availability.

 

Do you ship to international addresses?
We ship to worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, and Syria. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes. We prefer UPS Worldwide System for international shipments, unless specified by the customer.

Who are your customers?
Our immediate wholesale customers are those RESELLERS who buy our products to wholesale or retail sales. They could be distributors and retail stores. Their business also could be located anyway in the world.

  2. Under the login "PASSWORD" box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will bring you to "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" page.
  3. Enter your email address in the text box and click on "SEND MY PASSWORD NOW" button and our system will send an email to you with your password.

Who are the shipping carriers you use?  
UPS is W&M ENTERPRISE, INC’s major shipping carrier for the ONLINE orders. The shipping cost will be automatically calculates before check out. You can choose UPS Ground, Express Saver, 2nd Day Air, UPS International Economy, and UPS International Priority.

However, if the shipment has larger quantity, you could select Trucking or Freight Services.

We are going to m e asure the weight of your total order and then apply the delivery fee according to each freight service companies’ rules. The delivery fee will be charged when you get your order.

How much is my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on 2 scenarios as below:
  1. If you place your order ONLINE through this website, shipping charges is AUTOMATICALLY calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the " CHECKOUT " page where you will be offered Shipping Method and their charges in real time.
  2. If you place your order by FAX, by EMAIL, or by PHONE, we will normally do the calculation of shipping charges MANUALLY and contact you with the details.
How do I estimate delivery time for my order?
For the order that placed ONLINE through this website, you can click on the following links to see how fast your orders will arrive. Use " LOS ANGELES " for the city and "9 0015 " for postal code of ORIGIN.
When will my order be shipped?
We process your orders to verify availability of your products, shipping selections, Company Information and credit card information.  We process most orders within 24 to 48 hours and will contact you for more information if necessary.

Usually for the orders received BEFORE 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on any business weekdays, we normally ship on the same day. All orders received AFTER 12pm on any business weekdays will be shipped the next business day. All orders received on weekends are processed the immediate Monday; shipping out of USA may take longer time due to preparation of custom documents.
Please note that larger orders can possible take longer to prepare due to the time required to inspect.  All orders are inspected before we ship out.

We accept Wire Transfer for all international orders, any other payment without our authotization will be cancled. We will start processing your order after the payment has been cleared in our bank.

How do I return my product?
Before returning merchandise
W&M ENTERPRISE, INC. , you are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Supports. Returns without a RMA number attached on the package will not be accepted; we will not be responsible for losses of any kind. Please call +1 ( 213 ) 742-1207 or email us for an RMA number.

 

Ple a s e inspect your order once you receive them, W&M ENTERPRISE, INC. reserve the right NOT to refund customer after 3 days received of goods.

Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable merchandise returned due to the customers' error or changes of mind are subjected to 25% restocking fee, in addition to all freight charges.  For International orders are responsible for all the return freight charges.

However, if your returned merchandising is due to the defective or mishandled of the products, or we shipped wrong product to you, and the worse scenario that we don't have the right product for the replacement, we will either issue a store credit or refund your credit card .  

 

*As required, all customers need to send us the pictures as proofs for the defective items before we issue any refund or store credit.  W&M ENTERPRISE, INC. reserves the rights not to issue refund or store credit without any evidence.

 

When my return will be processed?
Most refunds are processed within five business days once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and properly check for damaged. Credit for the returned item(s) will be posted to your credit or debit card
in accordance with your financial institution's procedures. W&M ENTERPRISE, INC. check refunds for merchandise paid for by check or wire transfer will take a maximum of 14 business days. We do send a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.


Am I responsible for return shipping fees?

Customers are responsible for all returned shipping fees associated with exchanges and refunds, which are not due to defective or mishandled merchandise.
